Your appointments are very important to me. While i understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary i respectfully request at least 48hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give 24hrs notice or don’t show.

This gives me chance to offer these appointments to any of my clients on my waiting list.
